Reignite Your Growth After A Tumultuous Year

Keynote speaker, David Reiling of Sunrise Banks, discussed how 2021 launched the business world into unfamiliar territory that was now paved with remote meetings, hybrid conferences, and constant regulation changes. After the unpredictability of the prior two years, we looked at what insights to take with us into 2022 to ensure progress and growth in a post-pandemic era. Attendees then broke out into sessions centered around:

  • healthy teams drive culture and performance

  • unrelenting & ruthless cyber attacks on American businesses

2021

Driving Growth in a Changing Landscape

 

This virtual event featured keynote speaker, Rhoda Olsen, former CEO of Great Clips as well as a panel of leaders who have worked with hundreds of Twin Cities based companies. The panel discussed what they've seen the most successful owners and leaders implement, and explored how to plan, communicate and get buy-in from their people as well as how to execute to get maximum results.

2020

Reigniting Your Growth in a Changing Business World

 

Wendi Breuer, CEO of SeaChange Print Innovations, kicked off Twin Cities Business Growth’s inaugural event with her story of how, in just five years, she was instrumental in revamping a failing printing company into one with 100 employees and a $21M revenue. Featured in the Star Tribune and named the 2019 “Woman Business Owner of the Year” by the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Wendi’s story of success is truly inspiring and motivating. 

Following Wendi, our four partners took attendees through proven techniques in sales, business management and high-potential employee management to jumpstart their company’s growth and help move it to the next level.
